By using Remi you accept these terms. If you don't, please don't use the service.

The service

Remi is a conversational memory layer that lives in WhatsApp, with a web dashboard to view and manage your reminders, lists and history. We operate it as an online service without guarantees of perfect uptime — though we work to keep it up.

Your account

• You must be at least 13 (16 in some countries).
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe.
• One person, one account. Don't share it.
• To stop service, reply "unsubscribe" or close from the dashboard.

What you can't do

• Use Remi to harass, spam or harm others.
• Attempt to break security, reverse engineer, or overload the service.
• Impersonate someone or register numbers that aren't yours.
• Use Remi to violate local or international law.

Reminders to third parties

When you ask Remi to send reminders to a contact, that contact gets a first message asking for consent. If they decline, they are never contacted again for that flow. Don't send reminders to people who don't want them — that's the difference between a useful assistant and spam.

Payments and subscriptions

• There's a free plan with reasonable limits.
• Basic ($150 MXN/mo) and Franchise ($500 MXN/mo) bill monthly via Stripe.
• 14-day money-back guarantee, no questions. After that, monthly charges aren't refundable, but you can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the paid period.
• If you pay Franchise and sell subscriptions to others, we pay you a 40% recurring commission on each active referred sub while it stays active.
• We may change prices with 30 days notice. If you don't accept the new price, you can cancel.

Intellectual property

Content you create (reminders, lists, messages) is yours. You give us a limited license to store, process and show it back — only so the service works. Remi's brand, code, and design are ours.

Limitation of liability

Remi is provided "as is". We're not liable for indirect damages resulting from service failures (missed reminders, downtime, etc). In any case, our maximum liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the last 12 months.

Cancellation

You can close your account anytime from the dashboard or by writing to hola@remiremindsyou.com. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. For material changes we'll notify by email at least 30 days in advance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Disputes resolved in the competent courts of Monterrey, Nuevo León.
